St Keverne Cottage:
Lovely cottage, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location for visiting National Trust gardens amd beaches. We enjoyed the hot tub and private outdoor space.
Trelawney Cottage: Great week away!
We thorough enjoyed our week staying in Trelawney. Great location if you have a car to get around to see lots of Cornwall. The cottage is recently renovated and felt like it too. Nice modern but homey finish throughout. As a group of 8 there was plenty of space in both the dining area and lounge to all sit together and the bedrooms were all huge. Amazing to have a dog washing station for mucky paws too and a field on site for the dog to run around a bit. A highlight was for sure the clear nights where we saw so many stars from the hot tub.
Budock Cottage: A fab place to stay!
We booked it for 3 nights. Directions to the place were very easy, so was checking in. The cottage was gorgeous, very spacious which was perfect for the person in a wheelchair. Quiet in the area despite families staying with children. Cottage well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer. Comfy beds and sofas. Highly recommended it. We’ll definitely book again when we’re staying in that part of Cornwall.
Budock Cottage: Lovely break
Lovely, tasteful cottage in pretty courtyard setting. Quiet, but close to beautiful countryside and amenities. Loved the outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Great to have the games room too. Fantastic break – thank you!
Penpoll Cottage: We’d definitely go back
We’ve just returned home for 4 night stay here. We were sad to leave. It’s a lovely setting. Quiet, clean and surrounded by trees. The girls had the best time, enjoying all the facilities. They loved the games room and the pool was a lovely temperature, they even got in on a cloudy day. We had a property with a hot tub which was perfect for lazy afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were clean. Staff we always very quick to deal with any issues. We’d definitely go back. Highly recommended place to stay.
Manacles Cottage: Idyllic place to stay
Such a lovely, clean and idyllic place to stay. Well equipped and well situated for access to local eateries. The pool and other facilities were spot on too. Will definitely be making return visits.
Budock Cottage: Golden Wedding
Stayed here for a family reunion and loved it! Great pool, hot tub and luxury pet-friendly cottage.
Coverack Cottage: I couldn’t fault anything
Fantastically situated, close enough to Falmouth for easy access. There are lovely beaches, gardens, and dog walks close by. The facilities at Tresooth cottages are brilliant and well maintained. Comfortable bed and a very quiet area, I couldn’t fault anything. Everyone we spoke to was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. We shall definitely be back.
Coverack Cottage: Outstanding location, site and customer service
I recently stayed at Tresooth Cottages with my partner and our dog and it was nothing short of outstanding! The cottage itself is extremely comfortable for the three of us and I loved all the extra details they put in. We had planned our days out locally around the cottage and Falmouth itself is a very short drive, it made getting groceries on the day of arrival incredibly easy. If the weather had been a bit warmer we definitely would have been down by the pool but from what I saw in passing it was in a very nice condition. The team there are fantastic and responded so quickly to any questions I had. I would 100% recommend to anyone for a short break or a longer holiday!
Coverack Cottage: Beautiful cottage
It was an absolute dream to stay in Tresooth Cottages. Our property was immaculate and the hosts had thought of everything. The welcome gift when we arrived was especially a nice touch. Some blinds would be good which I mentioned to the owner when I saw her and she said would be done, and I believe they would be. A little honesty shop would be nice as we’re a bit far out and after a long day of driving you don’t want to go out again – if you’ve forgotten milk! But this is just being picky now and we will 100% be back!
Kerensa Cottage: Amazing!
We absolutely loved our stay at Kerensa, the staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly which seems to be in short supply in the current climate. The cottage seemed to be brand new and loaded with everything needed and the facilities speak for themselves they were amazing, I literally have nothing bad to say which believe me is out of character this was definitely the best value for money place I have stayed at in my short 48 years of holidays, all I can say is thank you and can’t wait to see you again. Kerensa Cottage: Sunny Easter break
Our son had accepted a place at Falmouth University, so it was a trip to see the lie of the land. The cottage was ideally located for us to explore Falmouth and surrounding areas and a great introduction to Falmouth itself. The courtyard was beautiful and the facilities were lovely, my teenage boys especially enjoyed the games room and hot tub. The decor of the cottage was amazing and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The beds were so comfortable, we struggled to get up in the mornings. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you.
Mawnan Cottage: Lovely break in the Cornish landscape
Such a great cottage and location, easy access to the rest of Cornwall and facilities – Starbucks 5mins away for a morning coffee. Lovely clean cottage and friendly staff. 30mins walk the to beach through woodland and hot tub and pool great after a long day. Hope we can come back again soon.
Mawnan Cottage: We had a wonderful time
Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We loved the size and comfort of the bed. Enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sauna. Would highly recommend this accommodation. And a great touch with the welcome pack.

Pendeen Cottage: The hot tub was simply divine!
We chose to stay in Pendeen cottage, which was the right choice as the hot tub was simply divine! Great location, close to Falmouth and surrounding areas. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Porthallow Cottage: Winter Stay
Porthallow served as an excellent base for us through the winter being close to my daughter and her family. We were able to work remotely (excellent wif-fi) as well as enjoy time with family. We knew from the start the interior of the cottage was to be upgraded soon, so were aware from the start that some of the interior was well used. Staff were always friendly and helpful and welcoming. Thanks and wish you well for the future.
St Keverne: Our Cornish Pilgrimage
Our stay at Tresooth cottages was a pilgrimage to return my our parents ashes to their homeland. So it was fantastic that their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and sundry attachments could stay in one place, Separate but together. The accommodation was very nice tidy and clean. Lovely to have a real fire. The sofas in our house were a little on the small size for 4 adults but fine in the other houses. The mattress in our room was a little firm for my taste but we not long ago spent a fortune on a bed and it still isn’t right, so …. maybe I’m fussy. The hot tub was a big hit though, I don’t know whether the owners would have approved of the number of adults and children in it! The children loved the pool even though it was cold having only been activated on our arrival. The whole complex was a safe environment for the children, they spent their time running to and fro the courtyard playing hide and seek. All in all a success and may well return.
Trelawney Cottage: A short trip to visit friends
Just had a 4 day stay at Tresooth cottages staying in Trelawney. Excellent is the easy way to describe it. Very pleased with the comfort and standard of accommodation, good attention to detail with the property finish. Happy with the response to any questions and good trips out to the beaches, restaurants, fishing trip and some surfing. We will be back again.

Trelawney exceeded our expectations. Beds were very comfortable and all amenities were superb. It was a happy place for our family to stay.
