Manacles Cottage is a charming two-bedroom stone holiday cottage near Falmouth, Cornwall, beautifully converted from the original dairy barn of historic Tresooth Farm. Set around the peaceful central courtyard, it’s the perfect self-catering base for families, couples or friends seeking a relaxing break on Cornwall’s stunning south coast.

This cosy cottage sleeps up to four guests in two comfortable superking bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. One bedroom can be arranged as a twin on request, making Manacles ideal for families or friends sharing. The inviting open-plan living area has two comfy sofas, a TV, dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine — everything you need for an easy self-catering holiday in Cornwall.
Outside
Step outside to your own patio area with a picnic table, overlooking the pretty courtyard and flower beds — perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink after a day exploring Falmouth’s beaches, coastal paths and local restaurants.

Tresooth Cottages was purchased by a group of friends at the end of 2021, bringing together a combined 40 years of rental management and property development experience, plus expertise of being Airbnb Superhosts and VRBO Premier Partners in France, Spain and the USA.
Our aim over the first two years was to upgrade the communal areas and each individual unit, employing modern design elements that remain sympathetic to the original Cornish buildings, while ensuring an excellent level of comfort and facility to our guests.
