St Keverne is a charming two-storey cottage, set just outside the main courtyard, and has been remodeled to a high standard. The tasteful interior design offers guests a relaxing, modern coastal style which still honours the buildings original Cornish stone heritage. 2 x Allocated parking spaces adjacent to the unit.
Accommodation
St Keverne enjoys generously sized rooms and traditional features such as exposed wood beams. The front door opens onto the L shaped ground floor living/dining area area, which has been fully repainted and new flooring installed as well as all new furniture. The kitchen has been fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Tassimo coffee machine.
The two bedrooms in St Keverne are upstairs and have private ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. These comfortable bedrooms are normally configured with one superking bed and two single beds, but one room can be converted to another superking, just ask us when you book.
Outside
St Keverne is one of our select cottages at Tresooth that enjoys a private patio and its own hot tub at an additional cost, located behind the cottage. This inviting space is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening as the sun sets over the courtyard. Plus the benefit of having two dedicated car parking spaces adjacent to the unit.

Tresooth Cottages was purchased by a group of friends at the end of 2021, bringing together a combined 40 years of rental management and property development experience, plus expertise of being Airbnb Superhosts and VRBO Premier Partners in France, Spain and the USA.
Our aim over the first two years was to upgrade the communal areas and each individual unit, employing modern design elements that remain sympathetic to the original Cornish buildings, while ensuring an excellent level of comfort and facility to our guests.
