Set in the corner of the main Tresooth courtyard, Newlyn is a three bedroom cottage set over two levels. With a bathroom for each bedroom, Newlyn is especially suited to groups of friends, but families will also enjoy everything Newlyn has to offer.
The cottage has a spacious open plan living/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay.
There are three bedrooms, all of which can be set up as superking beds or twin beds, just let us know what works best for your family/group. One ensuite bedroom downstairs, a master bedroom upstairs with ensuite, a further bedroom plus a family bathroom.
Guests can enjoy the courtyard and flower beds from the cottage’s patio area and picnic table just outside.
High speed fibre broadband is available in each cottage at Tresooth, as well as in the main courtyard and the swimming pool area.
Parking is shared with the other barns and located to the front of the complex.

Lamorna Cottage is one of our single level, three bed cottages and is situated in the pretty main stone courtyard. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Lamorna is a great choice for groups of friends or families alike.

Budock Cottage is situated in the main courtyard and is an ideal property for groups of friends or families. One of the cottages converted from Tresooth’s original dairy barns, Budock is a popular choice amongst our guests.
Budock has modern, fresh design elements that complement its coastal location and traditional Cornish stone construction. The cottage opens onto a large living, dining and kitchen area with exposed wooden beam ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The hall leads to a master bedroom with superking (or twin) bed, with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double and the third bedroom can be arranged as a superking or twin room. Please specify on booking. The family bathroom has a bathtub with shower over the bath.
Guests can also enjoy Budock’s patio space overlooking the courtyard, complete with picnic table.

Kerensa Cottage means ‘love’ in Cornish, and guests will enjoy this traditional stone cottage, set in the central courtyard of Tresooth. Kerensa is one of our two storey cottages and can accommodate up to six guests in the three bedrooms, and is a great choice for families and groups of friends alike.
